What is your shipping policy?
We ship within Australia for free. For international shipping please get in touch via hello@apupment.com.au before purchasing for a quote.
Please note- Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be.
Our products are manufactured and processed within 5 to 8 business days. Please allow an additional 3 to 8 business days for delivery within Australia.
How do I care for the wooden frame?
To ensure the longevity of your bed, it is best stored indoors or outdoors under shelter away from weather conditions. Additionally, there is a care card enclosed in every order so you know how to care for your beds and bowl sets.
What size pets are the beds best suited for?
Our current range is best suited for small to medium dogs and cats up to 22kgs.
