What is your shipping policy?

We ship within Australia for free. For international shipping please get in touch via hello@apupment.com.au before purchasing for a quote.

Please note- Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be.  

Our products are manufactured and processed within 5 to 8 business days. Please allow an additional 3 to 8 business days for delivery within Australia. 

What are the beds made from? 

Our bed frames are made from FSC certified Vic Ash – a sustainable Australian hardwood. Our cushions have a Polyester cover with a medium density foam mattress. 

Where are the beds made? 

Our beds are locally handcrafted in Sydney, Australia. 

How do I care for the wooden frame? 

To ensure the longevity of your bed, it is best stored indoors or outdoors under shelter away from weather conditions.

How do I wash the mattress cover? 

Machine wash on a gentle cold cycle and hang to dry.

What size pets are the beds best suited for? 

Our current range is best suited for small to medium dogs and cats up to 22kgs.

Sending a gift but not sure what to buy? 

We offer online gift vouchers.

Absolutely! Nothing makes us happier than seeing new friends living their best lives!

Where do you ship to? 

We ship Australia wide and internationally. 

How much is the shipping fee?  

Australia wide shipping is free, to ship internationally please get in touch for a quote. 

How long with it take it deliver? 

Australia – 5 to 8 business days for manufacturing and processing and then an additional 3 to 8 days for Australia wide shipping.
